Always wanted a snorkel parka and this one has done nothing to tame that desire. The RL Rugby hooded snorkel jacket with the drawstrings and large chest pocket set it apart from others iv had my eye on. Most iv seen and historically have a zip pocket on the arm and made from cheap looking polyester which doesnt appeal.
