JOEL Lardner has been my sole favourite graphic designer come illustrator for a good number of year. I first picked ups a free magazine in Aflects Palace Manchester some 7 or 8 years ago. Pages of really cool solely black and white illustrations. A mixture of Iggy pop, rock and role, Gothic, historical, pictures and drawings. Blending the mix of medias in such seemingly effortless balance, creating amazing depth and energy. His work i can only dream of emulating but dreams are there to chase.
